When they performed this song at the KenLake Bluegrass festival in 2008, the room was silent for a minute after then the song and then everyone just stood and started clapping. The applause lasted for several minutes. It was a very moving experience. I look forward to seeing them perform Sunday afternoon in Camden, TN in the park. I was there last year at this festival and will be there this year as well. Thanks for the video.

@Nossferatul It will always be that way though with music. when he made this album there was culture club and "shock pop" as I call it, just like there is today. Problem is, there's nobody making music like dire straits now, and if they are it's not getting recognized by mainstream avenues, because our marketing of music is geared toward the 11to17 age group, because their parents have all the disposable money for them to spend. I don't know any 34 year olds using their itune cards downloading.

Amazing playing, considering he was 55 years old when he played this. The pacing and playing is amazing, making for a great performance. The guitar could use a bit more 'oomph' and be a bit louder though, the playing is fine, it's just kind of quiet and lacks some kick behind it.

So disheartening to see Americans in situations like this when it could have been avoided. I hope people realize that off-shoring jobs means that those who are "on-shore" suffer. All these layoffs to hold up the earnings increase year to year. If companies were happy to keep earnings flat and people employed then we would have a happier and healthier economy. PEOPLE FIRST profits second.
